Starting a website should not feel like a gamble. The Website Satisfaction Guarantee is specifically about the initial website we build for you — not an unlimited lifetime promise, and not a way to use the service indefinitely without paying.
How it works
We’ll involve you in the design and make reasonable revisions until the initial site feels right. If you cancel during the 30-day trial before any charge, you owe nothing. If a payment has already been taken and the finished initial website still isn’t something you’re happy to move forward with, you can cancel under this guarantee and we’ll refund your initial Bigger Edge service payment.
What “reasonable revisions” means
We expect a normal back-and-forth: direction, a design, feedback, and adjustments. It does not mean unlimited redesigns, new business models mid-project, or custom software outside the managed website scope.
