These terms govern the Bigger Edge managed website service. Bigger Edge is a U.S. self-employed web-development business. These terms do not describe Bigger Edge as an LLC, corporation, or similar entity.
The service
Bigger Edge designs, builds, hosts, and maintains a typical small-business website. The current plan name, monthly price, setup fee (if any), trial, and cancellation terms are stated on the website and at checkout.
The current commercial terms are: Managed Website at $149 per month. Nothing to pay today. 30-day trial, then $149/month. Cancel anytime.
What’s included
A professionally designed custom website suitable for a normal small business, mobile-ready layout, managed hosting, SSL, backups, software and security maintenance, contact forms, basic on-page SEO, analytics setup, Search Console readiness, ongoing support, a customer login for billing, progress, and change requests, and routine content changes under a reasonable-use policy.
What’s not included
The monthly service does not include unlimited e-commerce development, custom software, booking platforms, large databases, complex integrations, or unlimited redesign work. Those can be quoted separately. Third-party products, advertising, domains, and similar services may involve additional charges from those providers.
Trial and cancellation
New subscriptions start with a 30-day trial. Stripe collects a payment method at signup. Nothing is due today. The first monthly charge happens after the trial unless you cancel first. You may cancel anytime. Stripe billing itself does not add cancellation penalties, and these terms do not add cancellation penalties. After you cancel, the service continues until the end of the current trial or paid period, then it stops. The Website Satisfaction Guarantee still applies to the initial website build as described below.
You get a customer login at signup. That account is for billing, website progress, and change-request messages. The Stripe customer portal is for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation. Questions: info@biggeredge.com.
Website Satisfaction Guarantee
We will work with you through the initial design and a reasonable revision process. If you cancel during the trial before any Bigger Edge charge, you owe nothing for the service. If a monthly payment has already been taken and the finished initial website still is not right for you, you may cancel under the Website Satisfaction Guarantee and receive a refund of your initial Bigger Edge service payment. This guarantee applies to the initial website build. It is not an unlimited lifetime money-back guarantee and does not cover unrelated third-party fees.
Your responsibilities
You will provide accurate business information, content you have the right to use, and timely feedback. You will not ask us to publish anything unlawful. Domain names remain yours. We will never ask you to put account passwords into our onboarding forms or change-request messages; access to existing accounts is arranged separately and securely if needed. Keep your Bigger Edge login password to yourself.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks should be a last resort; contact us first at info@biggeredge.com. Failed payments may interrupt the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bigger Edge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
