Bigger Edge collects only what we need to provide the service: contact details, business information you submit, a password hash for your customer login, change-request messages, attribution data from ads or links (such as UTM parameters), and billing identifiers from Stripe. We do not store card numbers or plaintext passwords.

What we use information for

To follow up on enquiries, deliver the website service, process payments, send transactional email, and understand which campaigns brought you here. We do not sell your information.

Processors

We use hosting, email, and Stripe to operate the service. Analytics or advertising pixels load only if those tools are configured.

Retention

Lead and customer records are kept as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask about your information at info@biggeredge.com.
